Mr. Arun Mishra is a Senior Research Fellow at the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur, India, specializing in Constitutional Law and Public Law. His research explores the intersection of administrative regulation, fundamental rights, and state intervention, focusing on how constitutional democracies balance public interests and community autonomy. Before joining IIT Kharagpur, he gained over two years of teaching experience at Midnapore Law College and Law College Durgapur. He also has more than five years of litigation experience before the Calcutta High Court.
Mr. Mishra holds an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Bankura University, India, and an LL.B. from the University of Burdwan, India. His scholarly work contributes to comparative public law studies, aiming to deepen understanding of administrative justice, minority and community rights, and the resilience of constitutional democracy in various legal and social contexts.
