Refund & Return Policy

The Burdwan University Law Alumni Association may, from time to time, collect fees or contributions in connection with membership subscriptions, events, programs, or other activities. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.

Payments made to BULAA are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued at the Association's discretion in cases where an event or program is canceled or substantially altered by BULAA. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period, along with relevant transaction details.

Refunds will not be provided in cases of non-attendance, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to participate in an event or service due to reasons beyond the control of BULAA. Membership fees, once paid, are ordinarily non-refundable, as they support the Association's ongoing operations and objectives.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original mode of payment, unless otherwise specified. BULAA reserves the right to establish specific refund terms for particular events or initiatives, which will be communicated in advance and shall prevail over this general policy where applicable.
